Gabrielle joined Backhouse Jones in 2019 after studying Law at university. She worked closely with the Regulatory team, which influenced her decision to study the LPC while working in the firm’s London office.

Gabrielle qualified as a Solicitor in Employment in 2023 and is now a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Employment team. She advises clients on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law, with particular experience supporting haulage and coach operators. She regularly advises on employment disputes, TUPE transfers, redundancy exercises, settlement agreements, and workplace disciplinary and grievance matters.

Outside of work, Gabrielle is a keen gym-goer and enjoys walking her dog.
