Ribble Valley Truck Run 2025

Backhouse Jones is delighted to support this year’s Ribble Valley Truck Run, returning on Easter Sunday, 13 April 2025, for its fifth year running.

This much-anticipated event brings together a vibrant convoy of trucks that will roll through Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley—not just for the love of trucks, but to raise funds for two brilliant local charities doing vital work in the community: The Foundation for Ribble Valley Families and Community 4×4 Response.

• The Foundation for Ribble Valley Families provides crucial mental health and wellbeing support for families across the region, focusing on early intervention for young people and those with special educational needs.

• Community 4×4 Response is a volunteer-led group offering rapid support in challenging conditions—whether it’s transporting frontline workers during extreme weather or assisting emergency services in crisis situations.

With around 100 trucks expected to take part, it’s shaping up to be another fantastic day of community spirit and fundraising. If you’d like to show your support, donations to the chosen charities are warmly welcomed and can be made via the official fundraising page here.
