If you have placed employees on “furlough” under the extended furlough scheme with effect from 1 November 2020 (see our update here), and you have not yet entered into a written agreement with your employee placing them on or extending their furlough leave, the deadline for doing so is 13 November 2020. Only retrospective agreements put in place before this date may be relied on for the purposes of a CJRS claim.
