In late January 2021 DVSA closed the OCRS system as there were issue with data synchronization. It was hoped that it would take eight weeks to sort out the issues.
We have now been informed that due to a change in provider (moving from Tops to Enterprise data hub) it will now be end June 2021 before the data change is completed.
DVSA assured us that OCRS is just one of many tools they use when targeting operators therefore enforcement activity is unaffected.
