Chloe joined Backhouse Jones at the start of 2015 and is a pivotal member of the firm’s Marketing & Business Development team.
Since joining Backhouse Jones, Chloe has developed a detailed knowledge and understanding of the transport sector and its clients, which enables her to showcase her vast array of marketing capabilities to maximum effect.
Chloe’s particular specialism is in digital marketing. She was instrumental in the creation and evolution of ‘Project Webinar’ – the firm’s FREE weekly (and now bi-weekly) webinar series – that was the brainchild of both Chloe and Jonathon Backhouse at the very start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 and continues to provide a ‘rallying point’ for clients.
‘Project Webinar’ marked the start of a digital revolution of the way Backhouse Jones interacts with its clients and Chloe has been front and centre in building a new brand (BACK Academy) for the firm, developing an eLearning platform for clients and working closely with Jonathon and James Backhouse to create and deliver numerous eTraining sessions – covering everything from vehicle maintenance systems to bridge strikes and from Operator’s Licence Awareness training for directors/senior managers to Transport Manager refresher training.
Chloe is also particularly adept at event planning and, when not interacting with clients virtually, can be found planning, organising and attending conferences, trade shows, flagship events and industry dinners – and generally keeping the rest of the Backhouse Jones team in line!
In her spare time, you will often find Chloe in the water – be that a swimming pool, the sea or, most likely, wake surfing in Lake Windermere.
