The requirement for face coverings on public transport in England and Scotland is now law and is likely to be part of the ‘new normal’ for some time to come.
Our eTraining focuses on the scope of the new Regulations; the role of the driver (and other staff); the operator’s responsibilities for managing the requirements – both internally and externally; and the potential challenges you might face (particularly as passenger numbers start to rise) and practical solutions to them. We will also (for an additional fee) provide you with a toolkit (which includes official messaging from the Department for Transport) for you to use to deal appropriately with training and communications, review your own training and communications material and highlight amendments or additions to this or work with you to prepare bespoke documentation for your business.

How Do You Wear Yours?
We have already seen examples of PSV operators across the Country donning their bespoke face coverings to publicise the new rules.
We want to hear about what you are doing to communicate with your passengers and staff.
Are you making face coverings available for passengers?
Are passengers being compliant?
How are you handling situations where passengers are not wearing face coverings?
Have you had to refuse anybody travel?
