Current job opening: Secretary/Support Staff 

We have an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in pursuing a career in the legal industry. As a Secretary/Support Staff in our Regulatory department, you will work closely with experienced solicitors and paralegals, gaining valuable exposure to legal processes and client work.

Location: Clitheroe (office-based)
Salary: From £24,000 per year
Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to solicitors

  • Diary management and scheduling appointments

  • Preparing legal documents and correspondence

  • Handling client communications professionally

  • Managing files and ensuring accurate record-keeping

Skills & attributes:

  • Self-motivated, confident in diary management, and an accurate typist

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Motivated and proactive

  • Good timekeeping skills

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Excellent organisational skills
